If you are taking funding from us and we are providing you this service, it means that you are fully agreeing to our terms and conditions.

Let us tell you that we are private funding consultants and our job is to arrange short term funding for your business as per your requirement, for which you have contacted us on your own will and are ready to take the funding after knowing and understanding everything all conditions.

Pay attention:

• Our job is to understand your business profile, check your eligibility and get you funding from the financier in shortest possible time.

• This is short term business funding only for urgent business needs.

• If your business funding is approved, we will charge a fixed percentage (Processing Fee) of the total funding amount which will be deducted from the borrower's funding amount.

• How much processing fee charged depends on your business profile and funding amount.

• The processing fee will not be refunded under any circumstances once the borrower receives funding.

• If any dispute arises between the borrower and the financier, we will not be involved in any way nor will we be responsible for anything.

• If you do not return the financier's money along with interest, then the financier has the full right to take all appropriate action on the borrower and recover full amount with interest for which we will have no connection or responsibility and in any case the processing fee deducted from the funding amount will not be refundable.

• One EMI will be deducted in advance from your funding amount.

• We will arrange a meeting of the borrower with the financier, after which the decision will be between you and the financier.

• In any case, you cannot accuse us for anything. You need funding whatever decision you take, you are taking it in your senses and not under anyone's pressure.
